Dark Chocolate Cookies


Ingredients

3/4 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tp. salt

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup white chocolate chips

~Preheat oven to 375'F(190'C)

~ In a large bowl mix butter and sugars until light and fluffy

~Add vanilla and eggs; blend well.

~ In a medium bowl sift together flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add to wet mixture. Stirring until just blended.

~ Stir in chocolate chips. Roll inta 1-inch balls, place 2 inches apart on a lined cookie sheet. Flatten with fingers. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
